THE FINE PRINT

Terms & Conditions

The agreements that keep our table running smoothly — written plainly, like our menus.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, reserving a table, or attending an event at Soil & Seed, you agree to these terms. If any part of them does not sit right with you, please reach out before booking — we would rather talk it through.

Reservations

Tables are available by reservation on this site or by phone. We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time; after that we may seat waiting guests. For parties of seven or more, please call us directly so we can plan the table properly.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens, and we understand. We simply ask for 24 hours notice when plans change. For parties of six or more, a credit card is required to hold the table, and cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee of $25 per person.

Menu & Allergens

Our menu changes with the seasons, and sometimes with the morning harvest. Please tell your server about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. While we take care in every kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Private Dining & Events

Private dining and full buy-outs follow a separate agreement, which includes deposit, payment, and cancellation terms. Final guest counts are due 72 hours before your event, and that number becomes the minimum billed.

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and may be applied to food and beverage at the restaurant. They cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost.

Website Content

The words, photographs, and design of this site belong to Soil & Seed. You are welcome to share links; please ask before reproducing content.

Liability

This website is provided as-is, and we do our best to keep its information accurate and current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soil & Seed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our practices evolve. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
